Submitting Your Resume
The first step in the process is the submission of your resume. We will give you our commitment that your information will never leave our office without your prior knowledge and approval. Once your resume is received, a representative of Collins & Associates will contact you to set an appointment for a more detailed conversation. During this time, we will cover your career objectives, geographical boundaries, and salary requirements. This will allow us to focus our efforts on only those opportunities that fit your career path.
Identifying Career Opportunities
When we have a project that fits your profile we will contact you to disclose the opportunity to you in full detail to see if you have interest in the position. If you do hold interest in the position, we will submit your background for consideration to our client. At this point, we will facilitate the entire process; schedule interviews, provide feedback, negotiate salaries, provide relocation information, and help with the resignation process.
